Hello, welcome to Sunnyside Lost and Found website.
We are going through some changes around here. Looking for someone who would like to coordinate the lost and found this year. It is a big project that I have yet to fully recover from.

ReplyDeleteMrs. Renauer, I appreciate your concern that there is just not enough turnaround time. Essentially it is one week in the lost and found bin and then one week at my house, so two weeks of the item being gone/lost. If I have the space to store items I will try to keep them for two weeks. Giving someone 3 weeks to notice if their item is missing. I also feel concern for those who do not have access to the internet. I will leave my phone number near the lost and found but really prefer to not have too many interruptions in our personal family time.
Please spread the word everyone. In the first week alone we only had a few items reunited. A disappointing result considering the amount of time it takes to list the items.
